The best thing about this place is the location, so much to do within walking distance and there are multiple street car stops in the immediate area.
As a head’s up for y’all, late check-in and early check-out are both 1:00pm. The hosts would not divulge what the actual times were until I paid the extra fee for both – and they don’t allow you to book/pay for late or early check in until 24 hrs before your trip. If you’re an anxious traveler who’s just trying to plan their flight, not the best situation to be in, and we ended up rescheduling our departing flight because of this. The more you know ✨

Clear instructions me the property easy to find and access. House manual with clear instructions and recommendations was very helpful. Loved that there was a Street car stop not even a block away. The building felt super safe and secure and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go! Bed was also VERY comfortable. After contacting the host with minor need, host promptly responded and addressed need. Thank you for a great visit!

I stayed a full week in this very spacious apartment in an elevator building. The location is excellent, walkable to Bourbon Street and to nearby hotels in which we had business meetings. Solo female travelers should be cautious walking alone in the area at night; taking a cab or ride share is recommended.
There is plenty of closet space, and the bed is king sized and comfortable. There were a few noises in the early morning hours, possibly due to construction nearby, but overall it was pretty quiet. The streetcar runs by at the corner, but it runs at reasonable hours, so it didn’t keep me awake throughout the night.
Although a few more pots & pans would be nice, the kitchen had the basics that I needed to make meals for the week. Rouse’s market is conveniently only a 5-10 minute walk. It was also very convenient to have a washer & dryer and a decent hair dryer in the unit.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!
