David was super responsive before and during my stay at all hours of the day whenever we had questions. I would definitely 100% go back and stay at one of David’s properties
The location is in kind of an industrial area so it isn’t as super walkable as a Magazine street or French quarter location but the location is pretty central (close to the Superdome) so it’s very easy to get places via Uber. Also the location is pretty quiet and we felt pretty safe throughout. The interior of the home is also very well done (my wife who is born & raised in NOLA loved the interior design).
