Fist time in New Orleans and wasn’t sure about the area. This ended up perfect place to use as a home base to explore. Right near the French market, you are not in the bourbon street madness, but only blocks away if you want, but more importantly are near Frenchman street where there are great live music venue. Easy to get to since you can come in on the edge of the central madness and on site parking if needed which is rare from what I saw around. Very thorough guide makes checking in simple, if you read it super simple, but you could miss the foot if you don’t read. Good for two couples, just be aware that whomever takes the top, you are 100% visible to the downstairs if people are in the kitchen/living room so bring pajamas! Nice space with everything you need, enough seating for everyone if you use the couch and the two chairs, so you can hang out. We walked everywhere and I honestly don’t think there is a better location to stay to explore the city from.
