Great convenient location with the ferry only a 10 minute

Great convenient location with the ferry only a 10 minute walk away. We were visiting New Orleans for a week-long convention and this place filled our needs perfectly. With nice cafes and coffee shops nearby we were always comfortable and well supplied. The ferry was perfect for the convention center, only 2 bucks and seemed to be constantly going back and forth no major wait times. The neighborhood is much quieter than the busy areas on the other side of the river. Any uber/lyft from the french quarter was always in the range of 10-13 bucks so again very convenient.
The place was clean and well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need if you were inclined to cook for your stay. Wifi was great and the tv tuned to jazz made the place very comfortable for little work sessions. This is great spot to have some peace and quiet while still having full access to the city.
