If you come across this place on your quest for an airbnb in the nola/westbank area, look no further. Aaron and Michelle’s space is AMAZING. It felt like a second home. It was perfect for my pandemic staycation. Old Algiers is rich in history and good energy. The neighborhood is relatively quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown nola. I loved the space so much, I decided to stay an extra day. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by sounds of traditional jazz from WWOZ (the best radio station in the nola area). There were snacks and water available on the counter. Those little touches were the cherries on top of a great experience. Aaron is a very hospitable host, and assured me that if I needed anything or had any questions to let him know. If I could give a rating beyond 5 stars, I would. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I’ll definitely be back.
