My best friend and I had a great time in New Orleans and enjoyed staying in Rick’s home. It was clean and comfortable, and Rick was a great host. He even had snacks, champagne, and a king cake waiting for us when we arrived! The place was an easy 10 minute walk to the ferry, which only cost $2 to get to the French quarter and was a scenic ride. Definitely a nice place to stay during the madness of Mardi Gras so you can escape to the peace and quiet of Algiers Point.
