Rick & team were stellar hosts and communication was above part. Place is wonderful and in a great sleepy (and safe!) neighborhood. Few block walk to the pedestrian ferry that drops you right in the Quarter. Cheap $2 ferry ride each way and it is a neat experience. They had wine, beads, fruit/bagels, and WiFi password waiting for us. Unit was clean and they provided plentiful lines and towels. Awesome coffee and breakfast joint right up the street (Tout de suite). There are a couple small grocers within a couple blocks if you need anything for the kitchen. Rick gave us a phenomenal brunch suggestion of the Red Slipper. Also try to make it out to the St Roch Market (micro eateries surround the perimeter of the market). This entire city is full of incredible charm, so spend time outside of the Quarter. We’ll be back soon, and certainly stay in Rick’s place again!
