Rick was great! Greeted us with wine and jazz music, tour of the apartment. Provided snack and coffee to make morning easier. Apartment was in a great location. Algiers Point is quiet and pleasant and just s short walk and ferry ride from downtown New Orleans. The area was safe and we felt totally comfortable walking back from the ferry after dark. Definitely would reccomend to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans. The neighborhood cats were a fun bonus on our walks to and from the apartment.
