Rick was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival in New Orleans. Helped with tips on getting from the airport and welcomed us when we arrived at the airport. The apartment is exactly as described and we did not need a thing from him, because the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. He had great tips and recommendations for our weekend in New Orleans, as well. The apartment was clean. 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. The ferry is a quick walk from the apartment and was totally reliable for our transportation to/fro the French Quarter.
