He is friendly, easy to get along with and goes the extra mile to make you feel he is your host.
I was in town to be a tourist but also research jobs, neighborhoods and apartments. He went so far to help me with this.
The space is enormous giving you a house feel not a studio at all.
The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook your own meals. There is also great bars that have great takeaway if you want to relax.
I felt immediately safe in this best kept secret of a neighborhood, often walking throughout the evening.
The ferry that takes you across the river into Canal Street, adjacent to the quarter, is a bargain for two bucks one way and saves you from having to pay to park.
