Rick was very welcoming and gave us a lot of extra perks we weren’t expecting such as a bottle of wine and some breakfast food. He was very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was cute, quaint, and quiet. The ferry to the city was a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Orleans!
