Ricks place was exactly as described and the perfect gateway to New Orleans. Accessible, easy, and just the perfect way to feel like a local while still having complete access to tourism. Taking the ferry was a highlight, the access to the French quarter was perfect and all around the area was quaint and picturesque. The local cafe is a must for breakfast and coffee. Rick was so communicative and welcoming, even recognized that it was my birthday. I can’t thank him enough for hosting us! Can’t wait to come back as soon as possible 🙂
