The rental is in a great location with the French

The rental is in a great location with the French Quarter within easy walking distance. The management company provides clear instructions and a list of concierge services for additional costs. It’s the price of convenience and nice ala carte services. It was great for my vacation needs! The space is clean and as pictured/described. The only complaints is that the place is cooled with mini-split ac units, which had problems cooling. Mgmt was responsive but at best gave instructions to flip the breaker and reset the system. It was cold weather so we managed with the fan function when cooling was not working, but it would have been intolerable under normal NOLA weather conditions. Also, there are restaurant/clubs across the alley way from the unit that play loud music until closing time. It’s audible from within the unit. While it wasn’t a bother to us, be forewarned and bring a sound machine or noise cancelling headphones if you go to bed early and/or are sensitive to noise.
