This place was awesome for us. Rick was the best Airbnb host we have had. Met us upon arrival, provided extensive written and verbal instructions for both the accomodation and getting about. He had put out snacks, cooking stuff (oils, condiments) etc.
A short scenic walk to the Ferry for a 2 minute ferry ride across the Mississippi directly into the French Quarter. Convenience personified. A very safe area to stay. The place is quite retro and funky which works really well for visiting New Orleans.
