This was a good location for Jazz Fest. The house is as described and the beds were super comfortable. Enough space for 3 couples to stay. AC worked well and kitchen is well supplied for basic cooking. No bugs and in general very clean.
We had an issue with getting locked out one night and it wasn’t clear if someone would have been available to help locally. We were able to get in through a window and the next day the culprit lock was removed. We were able to get in touch quickly with the manager through the event. Also they kindly sent us a larger coffee pot the next day so we didn’t have to use the small 5 cup one multiple times a morning.
Overall a very good stay with a minor hiccup and a good place to stay near the race course.
