This was a wonderful visit! The hosts were very responsive and kind. Two of my friends checked in early, and a key was missing. So, unfortunately, they couldn’t get in. I messaged the host, and they were they were quick to respond and help and gave my friends a refund. We had another issue after that with the doorknob, and again, they were quick to help! the overall trip was so fun, and there were a lot of new memories in the French quarter and back at our bnb! Truly our home away from home!
