We had a horrific experience at another rental, left a dangerous awful rental & found this wonderful Airbnb. We lucked out in every way. It is peaceful, good size, looks like the listing photos, reasonably priced, comfortable, and felt safe. It was available one hour early & they messaged me we could check-in early. One block from Trader Joe’s. We had difficulty getting the tv to work- they kept trying things to get it working, until they were successful, without making us feel uncomfortable or like we were imposing. Kind. Considerate. Accommodating. Helpful. We requested a late checkout & they kindly approved. They were quick to respond to everything. It is a very nice two bedroom with 2 bathrooms (one is the master bedroom bathroom). Staying here salvaged what cld have been a disastrous trip. They are, were incredibly professional, helpful in every way & what everyone renting short term would like to deal with. Bravo! 👏 This is a 5 🌟
