We were so excited to experience our first Airbnb stay, and Rick gave a great first impression. He was there to greet us, and had some jazz playing, and a Welcome basket containing some snacks was provided. Rick gave us a quick tour of his place and explained that he was on the property if we needed anything. We stayed over the 4th of July, and wanted to go down to the levy to watch the fireworks. Rick provided us with 2 folding chairs so we could be comfortable. Even though the weather was hot and humid, the apartment cooled off in the evening so that my 81-year-old mother was comfortable. A gracious host, we would stay at one of Rick’s places again.
