Accessible by ferry and Uber/Lyft to all the action of the quarter with the benefits of a local neighborhood feel (complete with corner grocery and quality dive bars). Aaron was highly communicative and accommodating. Unbeatable value. Would recommend to family friends and fellow Airbnbers alike.
