• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.

North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

The house was very easy to access and very spacious. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, and the pool was great. The neighborhood itself doesn’t have much to offer, but we picked it because of its proximity to the Superdome and we were very glad we did. It’s also a very quick Uber to all major parts of the city, so the lack of things to do immediately outside the house didn’t matter. It was nice to have a quiet spot to rest outside of the more active areas of the city.

I had an incredible experience staying at this New Orleans Airbnb property! The photos truly didn’t capture the essence of this spacious and impeccably clean place. It had all the amenities one could ask for, from a well-equipped kitchen to a fully stocked bathroom. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, having it as an option was a delightful touch.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hosts had thoughtfully provided comprehensive listings of local activities and transportation options, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, their flexibility with early and late checkouts, which could be requested on the same day, was incredibly convenient for our travel plans.
One aspect that truly stood out was the hosts’ responsiveness. We never had to wait for their replies; their quick response time made our communication effortless and stress-free.
All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we had a wonderful time.
