We had a nice stay in the apartment. It was convenient to get to the St Charles Ave trolley and walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants on Magazine Street. We recommend La Carreta, Crack’d, Baru, Dat Dog, all near by. Tip: for those wanting to go to Cafe Du Monde, visit their location in the Riverwalk Outlet mall (no lines!). The apartment was quiet, clean, the AC worked great. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and was very friendly. Our only feedback (as others have noted) is that the apartment can use a refresh. Simple things like painting doors, baseboards, and the kitchen cabinets would have taken it to the next level. Some finishes looked a bit worn. Overall we had a very nice stay!
