Centrally located + amazingly walkable, kind staff, and amazing prices. And perhaps one of the best bang-for-buck units for an Airbnb stay in NOLA!
There’s a pool, balcony overlooking the bars next to the property, and although it’s quite noisy at times, the sound insulation + location in the rear on this specific unit is fantastic all things considered. The unit is cozy, large, has a fan, and A/C.
Note that on the first day of my stay, the A/C unit was not cooling. However, one of the staff attended to it swiftly completely resolving the issue. The WiFi was flaky, but was out of their control and unless you’re working during the stay, won’t be a problem.
Overall, for my week long stay, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, especially at this price. During a festival it was 20-25% less than equivalent properties, and already, located more centrally.
Highly recommend, and will be a frequently cited example of a good place to stay for the friends & family visiting NOLA.
