Perfect location with three coffee shops within a five minute

Perfect location with three coffee shops within a five minute walk and a very close Uber/Lyft ride to the French Quarter and Garden District. Really convenient to park our rental car behind a gate on the driveway. The internet speed was great for remote working as well.
