Excellent stay in Algiers Point. The location was fantastic—close enough to enjoy everything New Orleans has to offer while providing a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds. The ferry access was convenient, and we loved exploring the neighborhood.
The home was clean, comfortable, and worked very well for our family and dog. Communication was excellent throughout the stay.
We did experience a brief issue with the Schlage lock on our final evening, but the management team responded immediately, called us directly, remotely troubleshot the lock, and quickly provided a solution. Problems can happen anywhere; what matters is how they’re handled, and they handled it very well.
We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend the property to others visiting New Orleans.
