Of the better restaurants in NOLA plus Tipitinas. A 15-20 minute drive to French Quarter. Uptown is a cool neighborhood- a bit like Brooklyn or Silverlake, Los Angeles. Emanuel was very responsive. Would recommend if you are looking for something more chill and family friendly, away from the French Quarter.
