Is it possible to come across an AirbBnb that is much better than the already great pictures that are in the posting?
Yes! Yes it is and Aaron’s place in Algiers Point would be that AirBnb!
Aaron had been in communication with us in the very beginning, and gave us very specific and easy instructions to follow to enter our Airbnb.
When we first walked through the doors, our first impression I can only describe as “Wow!”
This place is put together super cool!
We came in for the week of Mardi Gras, which we expected was going to get pretty crazy.
What we didn’t expect was that, Algiers Point is a very, very quiet part of New Orleans.
We were able to hop the ferry, that was only a few blocks away, and may I add is only $2 one way, and runs every 15 minutes, enjoy all the madness that is Mardi Gras, then come back to quiet Algiers Point and relax Aaron’s place.
I mustn’t forget to mention that Aaron even made a point to go out of his way, messaged us, and stopped by to say hello.
Now that was something we have not experienced from any of our other Airbnb hosts.
Aaron, we would like you to know that that brought a very special and personal touch to our stay, and we very much appreciated that!
My fiance and I have been to New Orleans a few times and have stayed at a few different AirBnb’s.
But from now on, when we come to New Orleans, Mardi Gras or not we will be hoping to reserve a spot at Aaron’s place!
