How It Works:
Incident Occurs
Our cleaning or operations team identifies guest-related damage during post-checkout inspection.
Restoration
Our team fixes or replaces the issue and covers the cost upfront before our next guests to ensure future guests aren’t inconvenienced by this issue.
OTA Claim Filed
If the booking was through Airbnb, VRBO, or another OTA, we submit a claim to the platform first.
Damage Waiver Activated
If the platform denies or underpays the claim, our Damage Waiver kicks in, covering up to $2,500 in unreimbursed costs.
Owner Notified
You’re kept in the loop the entire time, and we handle the replacement, repair, and documentation.
Preventative Measures
If a pattern of similar incidents is detected, we make proactive recommendations. From furniture adjustments to policy tweaks, to prevent repeat issues.
