Notes

There is a ring doorbell camera to monitor occupancy (legal limit of 6 guests) and ensure there are no parties (which are illegal in short-term rentals in New Orleans).

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.

Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement to be e-signed followed your booking!**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.

So much room – everything was so so clean and beautiful – we had all the amenities of home and more – our hosts were beyond amazing- we are from Baton Rouge and rent airbnb‘s regularly. St. Pizza and Surray’s were two of our favorite restaurants on Magazine near the house. The World War II Museum is in walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!
