Exceptional apartment with a great layout for two couples and everything you need to relax and feel at home. Location was superb and close enough to walk to the French Quarter and downtown. Very quiet spot and we would most definitely recommend to others.

The condo is less than a block away from the parade route which was really fun. Regardless, the condo is in walking distance to everywhere…restaurants, French Quarter, riverwalk, bars, shops, etc. Mike’s pictures to access the condo was extremely helpful, although it is a bit difficult to physically get into the building as other individuals staying in the building also needed help (the door is hard to get open). We were a party of 4 and had plenty of space…huge living area, open kitchen, bedrooms were good size. We had plenty of amenities and there was nothing we felt was missing. The property management company was extremely responsive and constantly sent us communications before and during the trip. If you are looking for a key location, this is the place to stay.
