• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.

*This space is a condo in a complex with many other condo units. When arriving, you'll have to enter through the gate entrance, then head down the parking lot until you go around the corner to the right, where you'll find the entrance door to your suite.

*$50 deposit fee for 1 pet*
*$75 deposit fee for 2 pets*
**We require a separate Rental Agreement to be e-signed followed your booking!**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.

Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots. This condo is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.1 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.6 Miles), The National WWII Museum (0.9 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (0.9 Miles).

Great little off of Magazine. Gated off street parking and easy street parking were definitely perks! The space was perfect, we really enjoyed it—the bathrooms were great, perfect kitchen and living room combo and the upstairs bedroom and balcony were awesome. Easy access to St. Charles Street car and a fun walk into the Quarter. Proximity to Lily’s Cafe for Vietnamese and Juan’s Flying burrito are definitely a bonus! As someone who has spent a couple years in the city working disaster relief after Katrina, this was a great space to come back to!

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s Airbnb in New Orleans! The place was exceptionally clean, and the instructions for check-in and amenities were clear and easy to follow. Communication with Mike was proactive and helpful, ensuring we felt supported throughout our stay.
The location was a major highlight—just a short 5-10 minute walk to the nearest streetcar station, which ran late into the evening, making it incredibly convenient to explore the French Quarter and other parts of the city. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable, with friendly locals adding to the charm.
Additionally, the guides and recommendations provided by Mike were incredibly useful, helping us make the most of our visit. We’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay in New Orleans!

The space was just as described in the listing. Super clean and located right off Magazine. Gated on-site parking was a bonus and made coming and going super easy. Everything on Magazine is walkable from Mike’s place. If you need to get to the quarter cr central business area, its less than 10 minutes by car. We go to New Orleans multiple times a year and we will definitely book this place again. If you are looking for something private but right by everything, this is the spot.

We had a great stay! The location was tucked away but still really close to everything. We especially liked the off-street parking. Everything looks safe. The space was large with room for all of our stuff.
