There is a ring doorbell camera to monitor occupancy (legal limit of 2 guests) and ensure there are no parties (which are illegal in short-term rentals in New Orleans).
*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.

Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement to be e-signed followed your booking!**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.

This condo is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.1 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.6 Miles), The National WWII Museum (0.9 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (0.9 Miles).

When you think of New Orleans this place is what you expect. Absolutely stunning place right next to a bunch of local strips, great for getting out and walking around!

I had a great stay in Mike’s condo! Just off Magazine Street, it was a prime location from which we were able to walk to many of our places of interest in the Garden District. The condo itself was beautiful and styled well with a clean kitchen and bathroom. The high ceilings and tall windows gave the space a great atmosphere. My favorite part was the large balcony on which I spent much of my time. Mike and the other owners were very responsive to my communications and offered great virtual guides and recommendations for things to do and places to go in the city. I look forward to coming back!

Mike and team represented the place and location exactly as it was, with clear communication throughout. The pictures did not do the unit justice, and the decor, balcony, and comfort were even better than expected.
The only improvements I would recommend are providing video instruction on managing the AC, directions on where items like ironing board and extra blankets are located, and more flexibility on the late 4pm checkin time that doesn’t include a fee.
