This cozy and character-filled Victorian duplex sits in a prime location just 1 mile from the French Quarter, making it easy to explore everything from Bourbon Street to the Superdome. Whether you're planning to walk, drive, or grab a quick rideshare, you'll have convenient access to the Downtown area, Canal Street, and Mardi Gras parade routes. It’s an ideal home base for soaking in the culture, music, and food that make New Orleans unforgettable.

We had a very nice stay here over the New Year. The location is convenient, with street parking available.
The host’s communication was excellent — clear check-in instructions, flexible with our early check-in request, and even proactively offered late check-out. Any questions or requests we had during the stay were answered quickly.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and towels. We also appreciated the capsule coffee machine, which was a nice touch.
One small note: the house has a long layout with the bathroom at the back, so guests in Room 1 need to walk through Room 2 to access it. This wasn’t an issue for us, but something to be aware of.
