Emanuel was proactive at reaching out to check everything was okay, over and above the automated instructions, and very responsive to any queries. The apartment was in a great location in the Garden District, very peaceful with the additional benefit of gated parking. The apartment itself was superb, very clean, comfortable and lots of space. There were lots of great local restaurants nearby, Crack’d Cafe & Lily’s Vietnamese Cafe are a must. Very friendly locals too. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you like to be out the biz (but within walkable distance to the French Quarter) with plenty local amenities close by.
