The main issue was the hot tub being ice cold

The main issue was the hot tub being ice cold and also the rules seemed a bit excessive! When I contacted the host about the hot tub he messaged me that a manager would calling me shortly about the problem and that never happened,When I communicated I to him that I had not received a call, he claimed I missed the call and that he would instruct the manger to call me again !! The second call never happened either ! For the duration of the stay the hot tub remained unusable!
