Im from New Olins, so the neighborhood didnt bother me. Bc i know all the people around me there would give the shirts off their back in an emergency. People not from here would feel a little uncomfortable. But if you want New Orleans, thats a beautiful neighborhood, with kind friendly people. Just say good morning!
