Absolutely fantastic place to stay in the Garden District. If you’re looking for a house with character and everything you need, look no further. Truly wonderful stepping into the house, the bathrooms, upstairs especially, are wonderful and it’s in a great location.
Can’t ask for much else, obviously on the expensive side of things but worth every penny, especially if you’re splitting it with other guests!! Wonderful stay.

This was a very nice place to stay for a long weekend. We normally stay in the FQ, but this was in a calmer/more laid back area. Our group liked it. (5 adults, 40yr+)
The house is beautiful – they retained as much of the original design as possible while updating to modern amenities. We loved the large windows, fireplace mantles, doors and other original features of the home. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped. The back deck/garden was nice in the evening. It’s an old house, so not very soundproof between rooms, and there is some creaking of floorboards. This added to the charm for us, but is worth noting if you have light sleepers in your group.
The location was great for walking to food/shopping on Magazine St (1 block) or St Charles (3 blks); Walking to WW2 Museum (4 blks); Streetcar stop (3 blks); Hop-on Hop-off stop (4 blks). Easy ride share pickup location.
The hosts were friendly and attentive. We would absolutely stay here again!
