**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.

** Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.

**Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere by city and state laws.

**Please note this home is a duplex and the entire upstairs is occupied by other residents while the entire bottom floor is the space being offered. Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant.

**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.

Neighborhood

Like many areas of New Orleans, the neighborhood is undergoing some renovations just like this house did. Some homes have been completely restored and others are awaiting their salvation! While some spots in the area may look a little rough, we've never experienced any safety issues here and our neighbors are wonderful people!

Access

Guests will have full access to the duplex and backyard space.

Parking is not included. There is plenty of free street parking in the area.

Space

Outfitted with stylish furniture, finishes, and decor, you and your guests will find all of the comforts of home. Featuring a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and high-speed internet as just some of the amenities. Fall into soft sheets and plush linens after a long day of exploring all the city has to offer. Or take it outside to your own private, fully fenced backyard oasis, complete with a copper fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a BBQ pit with charcoal, and an outdoor cooler. There's also a brand new Trader Joe's a few blocks away!

This is also a historic home, and the floors, while refinished, are a bit uneven and slope in the back of the house. There is no on-site parking, but there is plenty of free street parking in the area. Our updated duplex can sleep up to 4 guests, ideal for small families or business travelers.
