Amazing location in Lower Garden District, wish we had stayed

Amazing location in Lower Garden District, wish we had stayed longer than a week. Walking distance to dozens of great restaurants and shops. Short drive to Frenchman St music venues. Close to street car line, also 1 block from the Magazine St stop of the Hop On/Hop Off double decker tourist bus if you want to do that. Loved having the gated area for the car and doggie relief area. The parking area is also a little bit higher than the street –we were fortunate during a heavy rain that flooded some of the surrounding streets but our car was high and dry. By having two levels, was plenty of space and privacy for 2 people to work from home or work/read/watch TV without hearing the other person. Two full bathrooms were a nice luxury! Loved the 2nd floor covered veranda with bistro table to have coffee.
