Amazing location! Whole Foods walkable, and you can see the Street Car route from the front door. The area is very quiet at night, which is a nice break from the FQ partying/noise. There are good food/drink options with a long walk, or a quick trolley ride. The house itself is a multi unit, with a gated entrance. There is a walled, large patio space with a bar, fire pit, and outdoor tables. Great spot for those hanging out after dark. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare a couple meals on site, as well as coffee daily. The host is actually a team of hosts, and they are extremely responsive; even providing me technical information via chat about 5 minutes after alerting them to an issue. We got in late, and thankfully the detailed instructions to gain access to the unit were perfect, and we settled in easily. The area itself was very safe, and we walked home (0.7 miles), from a local bar/grill a couple of times without incident. Great stay for my party of 6!
