Everyone enjoyed their stay. It always difficult to judge the size of the bedrooms from the photos online. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the house. I was actually slightly larger than I expected.
This was our first time staying away from the French Quarter. The location was great. I was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and other attractions on Magazine Street. It was little longer walk to the St Charles street car but not too terrible. Be sure to download the app for New Orleans RTA. It is only $3 for a pass good for 24 hours.
Parking was never a problem. There was always space directly in front of the house. It was a very short drive to two different grocery stores for supplies.
There are two bathrooms but neither bathroom is attached to a bedroom (no ensuite). Mattresses and bedding were very comfortable.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The uptown area is great. We didn’t have any issues with our stay.
