Great house for large gatherings with friends. Inside the house was clean and had plenty of rooms and a nice kitchen to use. Backyard was a disappointment (grass not cut, yard games in disrepair).
Location is rough but then again the whole city of New Orleans is rough so it doesn’t actually stand out once you travel around. Definitely keep all doors and windows locked at all times.
Overall would recommend to younger, larger groups of friends/families. I was there with 8 college buddies and it was a solid choice.
