Great place, friendly neighborhood, felt safe walking thru Bywater La. About a 5 min drive to French Quarter which is walkable from the place. Free and plenty parking in the parking structure on 1st floor. Has a small gym but we used a few times and also the pool. I would recommend and would go back to this place.
