Great place. House did shake a little from I guess

Great place. House did shake a little from I guess washer and dryer downstairs but not unbearable. Eye sore across the street. Was nervous for my mom at first but it was never unsafe. I saw a homeless person or two maybe once and that was during the day. Quiet area. Very close to where I needed to be. I did reach out to add another day and they gave me an insane price saying that that was the price because of Mardi Gras. A few minutes later I went on Airbnb to look for another place and saw the same place I was staying at available for a majorly lower price than what was told to me. I screenshot the price and sent back to Mike and he then matched that price. I think that Mike was trying to scam a local but did not succeed. I would say that that is the only negative thing I would have to say about my experience staying there. Everything else was great!!!
