I had a great stay during my trip to New Orleans for the Essence Festival. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Mike was proactive, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. He also kindly accommodated my request for a flexible late checkout, which was incredibly helpful since I had a late flight. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
