I stayed a full week in this very spacious apartment

I stayed a full week in this very spacious apartment in an elevator building. The location is excellent, walkable to Bourbon Street and to nearby hotels in which we had business meetings. Solo female travelers should be cautious walking alone in the area at night; taking a cab or ride share is recommended.
There is plenty of closet space, and the bed is king sized and comfortable. There were a few noises in the early morning hours, possibly due to construction nearby, but overall it was pretty quiet. The streetcar runs by at the corner, but it runs at reasonable hours, so it didn’t keep me awake throughout the night.
Although a few more pots & pans would be nice, the kitchen had the basics that I needed to make meals for the week. Rouse’s market is conveniently only a 5-10 minute walk. It was also very convenient to have a washer & dryer and a decent hair dryer in the unit.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!
