Positives:
Proximity -to everything was great. It was pretty central , maybe no more than 10 minutes to all the places you’d have on your list to visit.
Clean – Bathroom , linen & bedding are all things I pay particular attention to and I can say this place met the mark.
Interior is lovely . We adored the brick flooring as well as the bathroom & kitchen . Not just basic , it definitely exceeds your necessities.
Not so positives:
Location had some cons . There is an abandoned lot which is an eyesore . Don’t expect the suburbs but the place was nice & quiet & no one bothered us .
Parking wasn’t the best but we were able to park each night only a few steps away from the door .
I’d recommend hooks on the bathroom & bedroom doors just to hang your towels & cloths .
Laundromat under did shake quite a bit but it wasn’t a major nuisance . If you’re not awake you can still sleep through with no problems.
Overall I’d definitely recommend this listing
