Initially we were skeptical about the location as it’s a mixed bag of run down and brand new houses, but it actually turned out to be just fine and in fact, very quiet, which is rare for New Orleans. The actual apartment seemed like it was brand new and was spotless everywhere. It was even better then described and very well appointed with modern furnishings, quality linens, a large tub with spacious shower with great water pressure and hot water. It was one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have stayed at in this price point. Parking is on the street but plentiful with low traffic street. When we come back to NOLA we would definitely stay here again. Hosts were friendly and very quick to respond in all correspondence.
