Loved the place! Right on the streetcar line and a quick $10 uber to anywhere I wanted to go in the city. It is a downstairs apartment in the city. I heard the upstairs tenant throughout the day and night (including what sounded like some sort of construction work). Traffic, garbage trucks, even the high school band across the street. Wasn’t too bothersome, but could be for light sleepers or those who want quiet. All in all, a very good stay and would definitely stay here again if I found myself in New Orleans in the future!
