Mary’s place was just as described. It was warm and welcoming . My family and I came down from Charlotte NC to bring my son to his Freshman move in week at Xavier University (8 or 9 minutes away). All of the people we came across in passing during our walks to the very close coffee shop were nice. A lot of cute restaurants along with the French Quarter are a very short drive away. My family and I were so comfortable that we requested to extend our stay and the response was quick and the process was easy. We will be staying again on future visits.
