My group had an amazing stay at this Airbnb (4 adults 2 kids). It is very clean and new (almost too clean – made me nervous with two kids staying with us). The location can not be beat. We stayed during the first weekend of Mardi Gras and almost all parades rolled down Magazine right in front of the house. There are so many restaurants and shops right up the street. Uptown / Magazine street is my favorite area in New Orleans and I have been visiting for many years. The beds and linens were very high quality. Lovely soft mohair pillows and rugs were everywhere, making it very cozy. Each room even had its own white noise machine that had several options from rain or ocean to a fan sound. The kitchen was well equipt. The living room was comfortable and had every option for entertainment you could think of including a Nintendo. The balcony was a great place to relax and the backyard is lovely and spacious. You can not go wrong with this place. Communication was top notch from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would love to bring a few more people and rent the lower unit as well.
